This is my new personal favorite spec for Arena PVP.
This spec is great because of Improved Hamstring. Allowing for maximum control.

Arms MS PVE (53/8/0) (3.0 spec)

Best Arms Raid Spec

This build focusses on maximum damage in raids and less on pvp talents.
Blood Frenzy is the main point in a MS-PVE spec becuase it greatly helps the other melee dps.
Having Tactical Mastery also means you are able to switch gear and offtank easily when needed.
